COMPANY PROFILE Gordon W. Hignell BSc FRICS Gordon joined Chancellor & Sons in 1978 having obtained a degree in Valuation and Estate management from Bristol Polytechnic (now the University of the West of England). He became an Associate of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers in 1980, was elected a Fellow in 1992 and became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in January 2000. Since joining Chancellor & Sons he has acquired considerable knowledge of the commercial market in Camberley being involved with commercial valuations, lettings, rent reviews and property management for a number of local private and corporate clients. Terry Woods FRICS Terry is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in residential valuation and estate agency with 39 years experience, 34 years of which have been in Camberley. During this time he has personally been involved in an amazing 4,000 property sales - that is about the total for an entire small town. Know as "Mr. Camberley" because of his specialised local knowledge and expertise in all things Camberley, he is the person to speak to for sound residential property advice and guidance. Stephen Britton BSc. Hons. Stephen joined us in July 2001 having completed an Honours degree at the University of Reading in Land Management. He is working in the Commercial department and studying for his professional assessment with the RICS with a view to becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Maxwell Alderson Scott FNAEA Max was born and brought up in Camberley and joined Chancellor & Sons over 16 years ago and in that time has gained immense experience, not only in the residential property sales sector but also in the other areas in which Chancellor and Sons are involved. Having completed a Diploma in Residential Property Sales, he became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1996. Julie Taeger Julie has extensive knowledge of the sales and customer service environment having run her own business importing and distributing fresh flowers throughout the UK and managing a Customer Service Department within a large multi national company. Having had a family break she came to residential property sales about 6 years ago, initially with a large multi national agency chain, joining Chancellor & Sons about 4 years ago. Click
